Cyber Soul, an online weekly drop in class with Cathy Ryan

I’m curious about the marrying of the collective web we tap into on Zoom/ in cyber space and our expansive Soul that moves way beyond the physical body.
How much of our Soul and Spirit can we support in each other and in ourselves online for deep connection both inner and outer?

Using invitations and explorations from the Open Floor map, we’ll keep it simple, gather, settle our attention, enter, explore and settle again – through breath, movement and cyber soul community.

If you can connect your computer to a sound system or bluetooth speakers wherever you are, it can greatly improve your sound experience…and it also works fine just coming through your computer straight from mine.

All are welcome, comfortable clothes easy to move in are a good idea and make sure you have some clear space to move in
