An evening of movement, music and dance to honour the sun, the festival of Lughnasa, season of harvest and celebration. Calling on the energy of the midpoint between solstice and equinox to support our embodiment and to support us to receive the light, warmth and abundance within and around us.

The class is open to all and no previous experience is required.
