***BARE BONES***
Saturday April 23, 11:00-18:00​

Moving mindfully, we explore a selection of the Core Movement Principles of the Open Floor Movement. This introduction is open to everyone.

While this workshop day stands on its own, it will prepare ourselves for a more intense and embodied Sunday.

***ART IN MOTION***
Sunday April 24, 11:00-18:00

Discover new gateways into the nirvana of creativity. By visualising our movements and creativity we allow interaction between our minds, emotions, bodies and arts to inspire one another.

Some experience in conscious dance is preferred for this workshop. Join us on Saturday for a more profound experience.

***SUNDAY DANCE***
Sunday April 24, 19:30-21:30

We end the weekend with a Sunday Ecstatic Dance, open to all.
