LUCID FLOW – online – Therapy in Motion deep dive with Deborah Lewin
In these fractured times of disproportionate isolation and what many people describe as ‘brain fog’, this online Therapy in Motion group invites you to alleviate and illuminate; penetrating through the layers of unfathomability in these uncertain times to experience the benefit of Lucid Flow.
I WORK ONLINE via Zoom WITH A GROUP OF PEOPLE OVER 10 WEEKS with a different Open Floor Core Movement Resource each session. I work 1:1 with two people each week with the group as witness. There’s an additional session where just you and I meet 1:1 for 30 minutes.
This programme works with online tools to enhance the group experience, so this is for people who are curious about this way of working. Some parts of the sessions may be recorded, always with consent and privacy.
DATES
Beginning FRIDAY the 27 JANUARY 2023, and running for 10 weeks, ending on Friday the 31 MARCH
Sessions are from 9.30 – 11.30 AM UK time (check your timezone here)
SLIDING SCALE PRICING; 10 classes £850 solidarity/ £550 standard / £400 concession
