Open Floor Community Dance

We gather on Sunday mornings to practice Open Floor, a conscious dance practice, which offers tools for authentic connection to self, other, community and spirit.  We dance. We release stresses from our week and create space for ourselves and others.   A wide variety of music is played to move different kinds of energy through our bodies, minds, hearts and souls.   We do it alone and together.   No prior experience is necessary.   Just a body willing to move and mind open to let go of things that might be fixed, in order to find more fluidity in our dances and life.   This is a facilitated dance with clear space holding but without a lot of continuous instruction.
