AN OPEN FLOOR MOVEMENT DAY RETREAT IN DUBLIN, IRELAND

On the January new moon this day of movement, enquiry, ritual and stillness is an invitation to gather and connect with our dreaming and to engage with and nourish what is seeding below the surface.

The new moon offers an opportunity to set intention and we will bring what emerges from this practice into free form movement. This allows the life force moving through our bodies to create the space we uniquely need internally and around us to embody what is seeking expression through us, perhaps now or at a later stage.

Supported by the map of Open Floor movement practice and teachings from the chakra system we will take time sense how we are and what we are being invited to offer into the crucible of our breath and movement, and to listen for what is waiting to be received from the cultivation of an inner state of stillness.

There will be a morning and afternoon session and a break for lunch.

This workshop is open to all and no previous experience is required.
