Connections, reflections, moving, listening, witnessing, enquiring into what arrives through movement and presence.

We will explore many ways of being in connection with ourselves and others through a wide range of explorations from different maps – Open Floor, deep enquiry, ritual , art in motion. Each week will open a doorway into a different aspect of our body, heart, mind, soul, spirit – following what emerges from week to week with prompts and poetry for inspiration and doorways. And plenty of dancing in good company…

This time it will be Poetry in Motion, each week we will use a piece of poetry or writing to set us off on a moving exploration of being in the unknown, using music, dance, enquiry and our community…
