Morro Bay Community Center is in San Luis Obispo County on California’s gorgeous Central Coast (just south of Big Sur; Los Angeles is 3 hours to the south and San Francisco is 3 hours to the north)

6:30-8pm Pacific Time

Every Wednesday

$15 drop-in ($5 for wisdomkeepers over 55 years)

$100 for 10 class pass

Each class follows the Open Floor Movement Cycle map and incorporates the “4×4” of the four dimensions of embodiment and the four relational hungers.

Typically we begin with a warm-up, are invited into somatic inquiry with a theme and embodied anchor, and bring it home with free movement and exploration of what’s “here now”.

Shelley is a somatic psychotherapist and massage practitioner who LOVES to dance, be embodied, and play in the field of awareness practice. She specializes in supporting people to integrate traumatic and missed experiences. On the Open Floor, she draws from her training in Therapy in Motion, as well as her longterm study in Gestalt Practice and her somatic studies in NeuroAffective Touch, Natural Processing (somatic EMDR), Continuum, CranioSacral Therapy, Qi Gong, Yoga, Breathwork, and Anatomy/Physiology. Shelley also loves creative process, astrology, and integration of dreamwork, psyche, and holotropic states, so there’s plenty of room for your imaginal/soul play on the open floor in Morro Bay ~*~
