Parmi les définitions du mot « SAUVAGE», on peut trouver : « se dit d’une espèce animale ou végétale qui vit ou pousse librement dans un environnement naturel ».
En tant qu’être humain, par le simple fait de respirer à travers notre corps, notre tête, notre cœur, notre âme, nous sommes dans notre environnement naturel.
Notre système, dans ses différentes dimensions, est notre environnement naturel, notre maison… et notre COEUR, est le centre vital de ce système.
Ce stage vous propose un voyage au centre de vous-même pour RETROUVER LA VOIE de votre COEUR.
Un TEMPS POUR :
sentir, ressentir ce cœur, pour aller voir ce qui a pu vous en éloigner,
négocier et rassurer ses protecteurs, le réparer, le guérir,
le laisser respirer, s’exprimer, s’ouvrir à nouveau,
lui permettre de reprendre sa place juste, aligné sur toutes les dimensions de votre être et au centre de votre vie,
l’écouter, le laisser vous inspirer et vous guider.
SUIVRE SON COEUR, c’est retrouver la joie simple d’être soi-même.

c’est poser de nouveaux choix avec un sentiment de justesse, de clarté et de fluidité,… comme une évidence.
AU PROGRAMME
Expression libre à travers le corps et le mouvement, méditations, explorations guidées, temps de partage et d‘échange, moments d’intégration, expression via l’écriture, le dessin, le collage,…
Le tout dans un lIEU MAGIQUE, un zome en pleine nature entouré de chevaux. Rien de tel pour revenir à sa propre nature.

Aucun. Accessible à toutes et tous.
Chacun travaille à son rythme.Dans le mouvement, le but n’est pas de faire du beau mais d’être à l’écoute de son corps et le laisser s’exprimer librement.

Among the definitions of “WILD”, we can find: “animal or plant that lives or grows freely in a natural environment”.
As human beings, by the simple fact of breathing through our body, our head, our heart, our soul, we are in our natural environment.
Our system, in its different dimensions, is our natural environment, our home… and OUR HEART, is the vital center of this system.
This workshop offers you an INNER JOURNEY to find the way to YOUR HEART.
A time:
· to feel and sense this heart,
· to see what kept you away from it,
· to negotiate with its protectors, to heal it and to fix it,
· to let it breathe, express itself, open up again,
· to allow it to take its right place, aligned with all the dimensions of your being and at the center of your life,
· to listen to it, to let it inspire and guide you.
TO FOLLOW YOUR HEART is to rediscover the SIMPLE JOY of BEING YOURSELF.
To follow the compass of the heart is to follow the path of your WILD NATURE. It is to make NEW CHOICES with CLARITY and FLUIDITY… feeling it is just obvious.
PROGRAM:
Free expression through body and movement, meditations, guided explorations, time for sharing, time for integration, expression through writing, drawing, …
All this in a MAGICAL PLACE, a “zom” in the nature surrounded by horses. There is nothing better to get back to one’s own nature.
